RealEstate.Barcelona has been founded by Cristina Toyos, a professional with over two decades of experience in the commercial and expansion department at Arquitectura Residencial Group. During her time as Commercial Director, Cristina oversaw the negotiation of property acquisitions and financing for urban plots and a diverse range of properties. She also led a commercial team in several new developments across Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, boasting a track record of successfully closing sales for hundreds of properties.

Our extensive experience serves as our best introduction as Property Buyer’s agent in Barcelona. We have a genuine passion for Barcelona and an intimate knowledge of each of its districts and corners. Our particular favourites include the most exclusive areas: Eixample, Sarrià Sant Gervasi, Bonanova, and, of course, Poble Nou and Diagonal Mar.

Fees and Timeframes

Our fees vary depending on the complexity of the search and the services you require. In general, they range between 1 and 2.5% of the price of the property. Searching for the right property is a full-time job and can take between 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the request.
